Sulmona Eventi 

Sulmonaeventi rents temporary offices and meeting rooms in Sulmona, in the province of L'Aquila.

Currently the activity of Sulmonaeventi is the transitory lease to offer to companies, professionals, associations that need temporary spaces equipped with state-of-the-art vanguard facilities.

Sulmonaeventi's goal is to become a point of aggregation in his Valley, and then organize their own activities to stimulate ideas and initiatives

The spaces are comfortable and equipped with services to carry out:

Sala Ovidio, the largest meeting room of the location, accommodates up to 80 people seated in theater style. Inside it is possible to organize conferences and presentations with the possibility to make use of:

• 300x225 screen
• Professional microphone
• Sound system

The other meeting rooms of this business center, all equipped, are:

• Sala Capograssi, perfect for training courses for up to 24 participants

This space is equipped with an ultra-short-throw video projector that brings images to life on a 95-inch (240x140 cm) interactive whiteboard with 3LCD technology to ensure high quality colour rendering equal to that of white with an excellent contrast ratio to project sharp, well-defined images.

It also has:

• Wi-fi system, which provides a secure and well-combined line, also for connection to wireless devices
• Magnetic board (240x140 cm) ensuring high quality images
• Portable audio system available as an option

• Sala Mazara, for business meetings for up to 11 participants sitting around a table

This is an operational space to be used as an office or meeting space with a single table of 6 seats + 2 for guests; alternatively it can be used as a Co-working space or for tourist promotion activities related to the local food products of the area. It has a 55" TV screen, 4K resolution, wi-fi smart TV. 

• Sala Serafini, for meetings up to a maximum of 11 participants

for meetings, product presentations, approval of company budgets. The space accommodates 10 people comfortably seated around the main table supplemented with another 10 seats in the second line with armchairs equipped with writing tablet for important company meetings or other activities.

This meeting room is equipped with: a high quality video projector (with integrated loudspeaker) that ensures exceptional visibility, regardless of the lighting conditions in the room. 

• Sala Patini, for conferences involving up to 40 participants in the audience

also offers an internal streaming link with Sala Ovidio for a total of 120 seats. Thanks to an integrated 20 Watt speaker, no external sound system is required.

• Sala Sardi, a temporary office with 6 stations

a temporary office with 8 workstations. This is a reserved and furnished space with two desks equipped with waiting chairs as an alternative to a mini-stall of 6 seats for modest meetings. 

Supporting Wi-Fi connectivity, it features a 55" resolution 4K Wi-Fi smart TV screen upgraded to connect to wireless devices.
