Informativa ai sensi dell'art. 13 D. LGS. N. 196 del 30/6/2003 e successive integrazioni e modificazioni
Legislative Degree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 governs the treatment and protection of personal data, guaranteeing that the individual's rights will be respected, particularly with regard to fundamental liberties, personal dignity, privacy and personal identification. Processing means any operation (registration, organization, storage, usage, communication, transmission, erasure or destruction) concerning personal data, with or without the aid of automated tools.
Therefore we inform you:
1. Navigation data
The access and the browsing of Meeting Hub Website does not imply the treatment of personal data. Data connected with accessing and browsing the Site, are navigation data, which are necessarily gathered to permit the functioning of the communication protocols of the Internet and of the information system used to operate the Site. This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computer used by the user to connect to the Site, and other parameters related to the operating system used by the user. Meeting Hub gathers these other data, such as the number of visits and the time spent on the website, only with the aim of obtaining anonymous statistical information, to ensure the functioning of the Website and improve its functionality. These information are not processed with the aim to be combined with other information concerning the users, in order to identify subsequently the user; however, by their very nature, such information may consent the identification of the user, by processing and assembling them with data held by third parties. The data shall be canceled immediately after they are processed anonymously, and they could be used by Meeting Hub to establish liability in hypothetical computer crimes by or against the Site. With the exception of this eventuality, the navigation data mentioned above are held temporarily, in compliance with the applicable legislation.
2. Cookies
Cookies are small files which are stored on the computer's hard drive. The Site uses cookies for limited purposes described below. Meeting Hub uses cookies which are not enabled to start computer programs on the user's computer, upload files containing viruses, or permit any form of control over the user's computer. The Site does not use cookies to access to the information on the user's computer, in order to store them or to control the user's activity. The foregoing is to apply to the user's computer and to any other devise used by the user to connect to the Site. The Website may contain links to other websites. We do not have any type of access or control on cookies, web beacons and other user tracking technologies that are present on websites of third parties that are accessible from the Website, on the availability and on any content or material contained in, or obtained through any such websites, and on the conditions of processing of user's personal data by said third parties' websites, and hereby expressly we disclaim any relevant liability. User must verify the privacy policy of third parties' websites that are accessible from the Website, in order to be aware of the conditions applicable to the processing of personal data, as this privacy policy applies only to the Website, as defined above. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but the user can modify the browser setting to decline this function. The section “Help” of the toolbar placed on the majority of browsers explains how to avoid receipt of cookies, web beacons and other technologies employed to track users, how to obtain from browser a notice of receipt of the referenced technologies or how to disable them completely. Disabling the cookies may limit the possibility of using the Website and may prevent the user from fully benefit from the functionality and services available on the Website.
3. Methods of processing data
Meeting Hub collects and processes personal data provided voluntarily by the users when interacting with the Website's functionality, for example when the user registers on the Website, to our newsletter and mailing list, when the user participates in initiatives realized by the Website, requests for information or for the sending of communications. Meeting Hub can also collect the user's personal data from third parties during the course of its activities. Apart from the so-named navigation data mentioned above, the Website can process personal data provided voluntarily by the user when interacting with the Website's functionality or when requesting to benefit from the Website's services. The personal data that Meeting Hub collects and processes, include name, address, telephone number, email and any other optional information. The data are processed in written form and/or on magnetic or electronic support. In compliance with the Privacy Law, the Website asks the consent of the user before processing the personal data, when needed. If the user provides personal data (for example when the user uses the functionality "Email to a friend" which allows to send information concerning the Website and its initiatives to a friend) he or she must ensure that the communication of the personal data to Meeting Hub and our further processing for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy, are in compliance with the applicable law, therefore the user can provide us personal data of third parties, only after dully informed them and obtained their consent.
4. Purpose of the collection of the personal data
Personal data will be treated in relation to the contractual needs, to the fulfillment of the obligation set forth by laws, regulations and EU legislation, to defend or enforce a legal claim, or for the effective handing of the existing administrative relationships. The personal data will be used for the following purposes: management of the user's registration to the Website, to the mailing list and to the newsletter, the management of the user's participation in promotions and other initiatives organized by the Website, reply and management of user's request of information, questions, communication or feedback to Meeting Hub. Furthermore, even for promotional purposes, profiling and market research, statistical purposes and to send to the user, even via SMS, MMS and email, information and promotional materials concerning the services that Meeting Hub offers, regarding special initiatives like events, expositions and fairs that Meeting Hub organizes, or takes part in, including related invitation, depending on the circumstances. The user can always refuse to receive promotional email; in any communication will be explained how the user can express the willingness to stop receiving further promotional emails.
5. Fulfillment of the activities
The processing of personal data mentioned above is compulsory and essential for the fulfillment of the activities and of the contractual relations. The refusal to supply your personal information and to their processing, can preclude from the fulfillment of the contractual relations. On the other hand, Meeting Hub will judge time by time the non-conferment of the data that are not concerned with legal or contractual obligations, and will determine the subsequent consequences, proportionate to the importance of the requested data in connection to the management of the business relation.
6. Provision of data
The personal data provided by users is necessary for the fulfillment of law obligations and for the correct fulfillment of the services and functionality offered by the Website and required by the user, such as the registration to the Website, to the newsletter or to the mailing list, the management of the initiatives carried out by the Website, the reply and the management of user's request of information, questions, communications or feedback to Meeting Hub. The personal data provided by users for market research, profiling, and marketing, is optional, and the refusal to provide them does not have any consequences on the performance of the services, products and information requested by users, as specified above. The user can support Meeting Hub to update and keep the personal data correct, by informing about any modifications concerning the address, the user's personal qualification, the telephone number and the email address. The operations above mentioned can be performed by the user online, by following the instructions on the user profile pages.
7. Responsible for the processing of personal data
The responsible for the processing of personal data is Meeting Hub, with registered head office in Zanica (BG), via Stezzano 27, in the person of its legal representative. The full and updated list of those in charge of the personal data processing is available at Meeting Hub head office.
8. Personal data communication
The user's personal data will be accessible within Meeting Hub organization, only to the staff charged with their treatment, who needs to know them in relation to their duties, and to the responsible for the processing of data mentioned above. The personal data may be treated at the Company's registered head office, at the tax consulting offices, or at any other professionals, who have received the mandate for the development of accounting and anything else of competence.
Without prejudice to the communications and information sent in order to comply with the law, the mentioned above data may be transmitted at our agents network, credit institutes, factoring companies, credit recovery companies and other professionals, consultants or counterparts who may take part in the processing, only for the credit protection and for a better management of our rights concerning single business relations. The user's personal data are communicated in accordance with the law, and with this policy, and respecting the user's consent for the processing of the personal data, where required by the legislation. The user's personal data may be communicated to third parties, in case of mergers, acquisitions, transfer of the company or business divisions, or in case of other extraordinary transactions. Only the necessary information concerning their functions, are communicated to these third parties; and they are committed to use the received information, solely for the purposes mentioned above, to keep them confidential and safe and in compliance with applicable regulation. The third parties to whom the personal data are communicated to, will process them as Proprietors, Managers or in charge for the processing, as the case may be, for the purposes indicated in this policy and in respect to any applicable law.
9. Security of personal data and their processing and storing methods
Meeting Hub processes the personal data with the aid of electronic or automated tools; processing procedures are defined on the basis of the purposes. The data may be processed also manually and they will be retained only for the period of time required for the fulfillment of each specific purpose. The personal data will be treated for the entire duration of the contractual relation and also subsequently, in order to be in accordance with the law and with the business purposes. Meeting Hub undertakes to apply suitable security measures to protect the user's personal data, and complies with the requirements on the protection of personal data, with the aim to prevent any kind of loss of the data, illegitimate or illicit use, and unauthorized access.
10. User's rights
The user may at any moment exercise the rights defined at art.7 of the Privacy Law, included, for example, the right to receive, at any time, confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the personal data concerning the user, to check their content, their origins and correctness, request the integration, the updating, the correction, the cancellation, the expression in the anonymous form,the block of data treated in violation of the law, and oppose their treatment for legitimate purposes.

MEETING HUB GENERAL TERMS OF USE AND CONTRACT OF REGISTRATION
1) Attività di raccolta dati.
Meeting Hub S.r.l. con sede legale a Zanica (BG) in via Stezzano n. 27, è proprietaria del portale internet regolato dalle presenti norme, ed in particolare, anzitutto, in detto portale sono raccolte inserzioni a pagamento secondo la forma dell’abbonamento annuale, da parte di imprese che dispongano di locations per convegni o che intendano proporre attività ad altri soggetti operanti professionalmente sul mercato, offrendo agli stessi strutture immobiliari o personale qualificato in determinati settori di formazione, sportivi, culturali, etc.
Meeting Hub, pertanto, si occupa della raccolta e gestione dati sul proprio portale, garantendo pienamente ai titolari di tali dati il rispetto della normativa vigente sulla privacy.
Le inserzioni sono predisposte direttamente dai titolari delle stesse, e Meeting Hub si limita ad un controllo formale, volto unicamente ad escludere che i testi contengano espressioni offensive, ingiuriose, contrarie all’ordine pubblico e al buon costume, nonché, infine, contenenti giudizi razziali, politici o denigratori d’imprese concorrenti. Meeting Hub non pubblicherà inserzioni i cui testi o le cui immagini contengano quanto sopra elencato, ma non assume responsabilità alcuna sulla veridicità e completezza dei dati forniti sul portale dagl’inserzionisti.
2) Modalità di inserzione dei dati e di consultazione degli tessi.
L’inserzione dei dati avviene previa stipula di apposito contratto con Meeting Hub, e la consultazione degli stessi è aperta al pubblico in forma telematica.
Pur non assumendo responsabilità in ordine ai dati pubblicati nelle inserzioni, Meeting Hub darà spazio sul portale a recensioni da parte dei visitatori ed utenti finali, nelle quali, con forme garbate e non offensive, siano espressi giudizi sulle locations o sulle attività proposte, riservandosi di formulare in una classifica e mediante l’attribuzione di punteggi o altro anche il proprio giudizio sui livelli qualitativi delle proposte pubblicate. Meeting Hub si riserva di pubblicare unicamente giudizi espressi in forma civile, non denigratori, e/o di renderne caso per caso una sintesi accompagnandola da simboli di gradimento degli utenti, in modo tale che ciò consenta agli utenti/visitatori stessi di valutare le offerte proposte.
Altre attività informative e promozionali saranno via via inserite nella home-page del sito, dopo averne concordato i contenuti, occorrendo, con i soggetti interessati.
Presso la redazione di Meeting-Hub, ai fini sopra indicati, è costituito un gruppo redazionale che si occupa di tenere aggiornati i contenuti extra forniti da Meeting Hub medesima.
3) Purpose

4) Modalità d’interazione domanda/offerta.
Una volta pubblicate le inserzioni sul portale, Meeting Hub ne mette a disposizione del pubblico i testi secondo modalità telematiche: tutto ciò non concreta in alcun modo offerta al pubblico da parte di Meeting Hub.
Sono previste due modalità alternative di registrazione sul portale da parte degli utenti: la prima facoltativa, a libera scelta dell’utente che intenda lasciare i propri dati per usufruire di promozioni e quant’altro; la seconda obbligatoria, nel momento in cui l’utente abbia individuato un’inserzione che lo interessi ed intenda richiedere un preventivo all’inserzionista. Nella seconda ipotesi Meeting Hub si riserva di trattare direttamente i prezzi e le altre condizioni contrattuali con l’utente per conto dell’inserzionista, come pure di ottenere dall’utente la sottoscrizione di un contratto inerente all’inserzione prescelta.
In ogni caso di raccolta dati degli utenti, Meeting Hub assolverà nei confronti degli stessi ogni obbligo di legge inerente la tutela della privacy ed il trattamento dei dati.
5) Effetti della registrazione sul portale.
La registrazione sul portale attribuirà all’utente i vantaggi e le promozioni che Meeting Hub via via porrà in essere, con la previsione di un accumulo di punti per la frequenza delle visite sul portale e soprattutto per la frequenza di conclusione di contratti stipulati con gl’inserzionisti.
Inoltre, la registrazione consentirà all’utente di ricevere ulteriori informazioni per il tramite di Meeting Hub, e di usufruire di speciali iniziative che Meeting Hub realizzerà nei confronti degl’inserzionisti, al fine di ottimizzare sotto il profilo della convenienza economica le offerte presentate sul portale.
Registrandosi, l’utente acconsentirà di trattare i suoi dati da parte di Meeting Hub per le sole esclusive finalità proprie del portale, in piena trasparenza e legittimità.
Si rimanda all’informativa privacy pubblicata sul portale, che specifica i limiti e gli scopi del trattamento dei dati, con l’intesa che l’utente registrato sul portale implicitamente ne avrà accettato il contenuto sotto ogni aspetto di vincolo e di tutela, così come regolamentato da Meeting Hub.
6) Contenuti pubblicati sul portale e marchi presenti.
Tutti i contenuti pubblicati sul portale e i marchi ivi presenti sono protetti dalle leggi nazionali e dai trattati internazionali vigenti, sia sotto il profilo della proprietà intellettuale che sotto quello di liceità o meno del loro sfruttamento economico. E’ vietato farne uso a chiunque non ne sia espressamente autorizzato.
Come pure è preclusa ai non autorizzati da Meeting Hub la duplicazione di ogni dato inserito sul portale, e la trasmissione degli stessi a qualsivoglia terzo soggetto.
Ogni eventuale abuso che si concreti, ad esempio, tramite attività di hacking o di password mining od altri mezzi illeciti sarà prontamente denunciato ai sensi di legge alle competenti Autorità. Allo stesso modo sarà legalmente denunciata e perseguita ogni attività di reverse look-up, di tracciamento o di tentativo di tracciamento di informazioni relative ad utenti o a visitatori del portale.
7) Commenti o informazioni inviati al sito.
Qualsivoglia informazione, commento o suggerimento inviato al sito sarà trattato come riservato, fatta salva l’autorizzazione all’utilizzo da parte dell’autore, nel rispetto delle norme privacy. Così pure ogni account creato sul sito attraverso la registrazione dell’utente visitatore.
8) Limitazione di responsabilità.
Meeting Hub non risponde in ordine a qualsivoglia avaria, danneggiamento o altro che si verificassero sui terminali di terzi durante l’accesso al portale.
9) Foro competente.
Per ogni controversia inerente il portale ed il suo utilizzo è competente in via esclusiva il Foro di Bergamo (fatte salve eventuali competenze territoriali di carattere funzionale secondo le vigenti norme processuali italiane).
10) Valore giuridico del presente regolamento.
Il presente regolamento esprime le norme generali alle quali Meeting Hub richiede di attenersi da parte dei visitatori e degl’inserzionisti, e costituisce l’insieme dei principi ai quali si ispira l’attività stessa di Meeting Hub. Ciascun inserzionista, aderendo a una delle formule contrattuali proposte da Meeting Hub s’impegna a rispettarlo, osservarlo e condividerlo, intendendosi che detta adesione contemperi il pieno assoggettamento dell’utente alle norme sopra riportate. In particolare, tali norme dovranno intendersi richiamate in ogni controversia e questione giudiziale o extragiudiziale in cui si discuta della portata giuridica dei contratti sottoscritti con Meeting Hub, ad integrazione degli stessi o a miglior specifica di singole tematiche.
